Spin me round and round

I had a dream last night that was telling of my mental state. I was in Italy, in a green carpet room, running on treadmills with accordions. Like an old Roman slave ship, the act of our pedaling and pumping the instrument was somehow supposed to feed into manufacturing. The person who was commanding this crew was someone I dreaded to hear from every day.

Jenny, Duylinh, and Jesse are cozily situated in my crammed 1-bdrm apartment. We managed to avoid being a tourist for the past 2 days: eating Japanese ramen noodles, shopping at markets, eating cheese, and drinking wine. No nonsense tourist attractions for us.

Card games are my weakness. Drinking games in general are not my forte, and I managed to get duped by everyone. At least I can outdrink them all.

We ate a lot of cheese this weekend. It was tre bien.
