R.I.P. Tenshin
He was not a family pet - he was a son, a brother, a friend. I can't imagine going home without him jumping up and down like a crazy squirrel, ready to knock you out with his powerful front paws. That was his signature greeting.

He suffered five seizures yesterday and we decided to let him go in peace. His last couple of weeks were in pain, but I believe that he had a full and joyous life - loved by so many and loving in return. His name means "Heaven's Heart" - apt for such an amazing soul.
Miss you lots Tenshin.

Saki,
I'm so sorry to hear about Tenshin. He was a wonderful, beautiful dog. Your family gave Tenshin a warm and loving home, and he had a very happy life.
All my love,
Lorrie

Here's a blast from a stranger. Saki it's Steph, aka IRISHBALL! Hehe. Sorry to post on such a sad subject. I had the pleasure of meeting Tenshin and discovering he was as big as I was (not that hard in fairness). Anyway, I love dogs SO MUCH (was back in SF recently and hung out with baby Sacha - remember her?!). Anyway, my point is, I know it feels. Pet dogs are not just pet dogs, they are an integral part of your family. He'll look down on you all from doggieland, I know he will! On that note, get in touch - steph@ireland.com - still back home, loving it and not quite as much a drama queen as before (although I have actually taken up acting of late!).
Saki,
i am sorry to hear about your loss. i still remember tenshin. he looked healthy and mighty! i am surprised and traumatised to hear that he had to leave.
